What we built

01 The Problem

Scheduling took hours each week, and it was hard to know how many shifts to assign.

Not knowing the demand, shifts were assigned based on the busiest day of the year. Staffing preferences across 50+ employees made each week a challenge to accomodate.

A tool that forecasts the shifts needed at every hour and generates the schedule.

It pulls availability, PTO, and role training, so the shifts it assigns are ones people can actually work. When the manager overrides a suggestion, the tool learns from that too.
