The Problem

Scheduling took hours each week, and it was hard to know how many shifts to assign.

Not knowing the demand, shifts were assigned based on the busiest day of the year. Staffing conditions across 50+ people made each week a challenge to accomodate.

A tool that forecasts the shifts needed at every hour, then outputs the schedule

It pulls availability, PTO, and role training, so the shifts it builds are ones people can actually work. hen the manager overrides a suggestion, the tool learns from that too.
